13 Part- Online Technique Building Series
- Released Monthly on the 20th of each month (November 20, 2022-November 20, 2023)

- Learn new techniques with each block, which build on previous month's lessons
- Color Lesson built in each month: Each month will include a Color Lesson with multiple fabric selections.
- Includes step-by-step PDF* instructions for 12 Blocks and 2 different settings.
- Michelle inspiration, approach, and comprehensive guidance will keep you motivated until completion.
- Michelle's Technique Building Series will ultimately improve your overall Quilt-piecing skill set.
*Enrolled students can make arrangements to purchase a printed copy of the pattern (PDF included). Single copies of the pattern are only available to enrolled students of Block of the Month or Special Events.
Pattern will be available for non-enrolled students in March 2023
Class does not include fabric nor Studio 180 Design tools.

OVERVIEW
Intro +13 Monthly Lessons included
- You can join the Aspiring Stars, at any time, and gain access to all released lessons.
- Series Introduction Lesson - Michelle provides an overview of the quilts and tips for selecting the required fabric. This includes Fat Quarters, Background and additional fabric needed for each of the settings. - Releasing on November 20, 2022
- Lessons will be released on the 20th of each month, from November 20, 2022 through November 20, 2023.
- You watch the lessons at your own pace and when time allows.
- You can go back and re-watch any of the lessons, whenever you want.
- Lessons 1-12 will provide step-by-step instructions for the corresponding Block
- Both quilt settings are made with the same 12 blocks.
- A 13th Block is needed, you can pick from any of the 12 offered (Michelle used Block 3 twice).
- Lesson 13 will provide instructions on the units needed for both Quilt Settings
Each Lesson Includes:
- Video: Overview of the Block
- Video: Color lesson/fabric selection and advice.
- Video: Step-by-step lessons for units. All new to the series techniques with friendly reminders/quick tips on repeat technique.
- Video: Block Construction providing great tips for putting the block together.
- NOTE: A PDF Pattern will be provided for each Block (and both Quilt Settings) at time of lesson release . If you want a printed copy, contact Michelle. Pattern is limited to enrolled Students or participants of Quilt Shop Block of the Month or Events through March 2023.

Michelle Renee Hiatt is an award-winning Quilter, Designer and National Instructor. Michelle has been sewing since before she can remember, and fell in love with quilting over 20 years ago.
Michelle Renee is a certified Professional Process Expert (LSSMBB); she uses her process improvement techniques and applies them to her quilting and teaching others how to simplify their piecing while improving the quality of their quilt making. Michelle Renee teaches throughout the United States at National Quilt Shows and Retreats!
Michelle Renee is the designer for her own pattern line Sew On The Go and her designs have appeared in several international Quilting Magazines. Additionally, she is a Certified Instructor for Studio 180 Design and many of her patterns have been published in their Modern 180 pattern line.
